Create an internal brand – logo, look and feel, key messages, intranet content and iconography for Constellation Brand’s internal talent management department in order to motivate employees to become more agile, embrace change, and manage uncertainty to help facilitate the organization’s growth.

LightForce Marketing helped Constellation HR executives organize the existing talent development tools, leadership development competencies and change management under a simplified, streamlined, visual brand to help employees and people managers see the connection between personal change and career growth.
Developed iconography, brand voice, key messages and content specific to audience segments for their active intranet, “Open Bar”; company-wide video to introduce internally.
