CHALLENGE

Create a new, national pet loss center brand – including name, logo, look + feel, key messages, website content – to support the launch of a young energetic company’s quest to change the value proposition to veterinarians and consumers around pet loss, grief and respectful death care options.

aspirational brand from the start.

ACTION

LightForce Marketing started with the organization’s “why” – “This is not about providing a service.  It’s about a philosophy, a mission, a vision of how pet death and after loss care can and should be done” and created the brand pillars from there.

 

We elevated attributes to create emotional connections, developed a Brand Anthem that provided the brand voice and copy for the consumer and B2B facing website. A new logomark provided the brand’s color and visual iconography.

RESULTS

The Pet Loss Center has grown from one to 7 locations in a few short years, and continues
to expand to provide much-needed compassionate end-of-life services for beloved pets –
all with the original branding in place. In 2017, The Pet Loss Center was named one of the top 100 Dallas entrepreneurial companies annually based on percentage growth and absolute dollar growth over the previous three years.
